Never more than 5 reformers in a batch, so your coach watches your form and adjusts every exercise to you.

Spring resistance builds your core, posture and flexibility in one low-impact, full-body session. It's kind to your joints.

Beginners welcome
No experience needed. In your first class, the coach shows you how the reformer works before you start. Just wear comfortable, fitted activewear.

Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to start or get back into reformer Pilates at our Gachibowli studio, including complete beginners. Coaches adjust every exercise to your level. If you have an injury or a medical condition, tell us when we call so the coach can plan around it.
How many people are in a class?
A maximum of 5 per batch, one reformer each, so you get proper attention from your coach.
What does the festive offer include, and how long is it valid?
1 month: 12 group reformer sessions to use within 1 month, ₹9,810. 3 months: 36 sessions to use within 3 months, ₹27,795. Both prices include 5% GST and the 4% payment fee. It is a one-time offer, limited to the first 50 members and only on these two plans; renewals are at the regular Gachibowli price.
How do I book my classes in the app?
Once your plan is active, log in to the Pilates and Beyond app with the mobile number you used here, pick a date and batch, and book. Our Gachibowli team helps you set it up when they confirm your plan. App download link
What should I wear?
Comfortable, fitted activewear you can move in easily. Loose clothes can catch on the reformer springs and straps.
